To the site that was created by S.S Goten a.k.a Michel and S.S Vegetto a.k.a oliver in this site u can learn the ancient ways of ki and marcial arts. Besides that most of this site will be about Manga and Anime for big fans like Dragonball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin, Inuyahsa, Shaman King and stuff like that. Also u can learn some of there specail attacks like sprite gun from Yu Yu Hakusho and Shiden Blade from Rurouni Kenshin so check out the site and the Intro.
